By the way, FYI... I never hear back from most of the customers this goes out to. Maybe 25%-30% respond. But many of the ones who do respond write nice little testimonials I can use ("you have awesome service", "my sister loved her bracelet, now my mom wants one too", etc etc). I also get people saying things like "I lost my bracelet at the beach, can I buy a few more?" -- that's additional business that could just as easily go to one of my competitors, but instead it turns into repeat business for me, because I reminded them I exist. And now it only takes 5 minutes!

Let Your Online Customer Service Stand Out

Whether online or offline, customer service is an all-important part of setting your company apart from your competition. Use the Order Followup module to gain a customer service edge without time-consuming clerical work.

The module makes it easy to be proactive in sending personalized order follow-up emails to your customers. This is a great way to strengthen your relationship with them, make sure they remember you, and show you care about their satisfaction after they make a purchase.

The emails are generated by the system in a batch so it only takes a minute of your time and there's no opportunity for human error in retyping the names, email addresses, etc.

How it Works

• You click the `CRM' button in the EasyAdmin and choose which orders to list based on the order status and number of days since the order.
• The module displays those orders in a list with summary info about each order.
• You check the orders you want to send a followup to, or click check all.
• Enter an optional personal note on each order. This can appear as a P.S. (default) or part of the message body if you edit the message template.
• Optionally check the box to have a copy of the emails sent to yourself.
• Optionally check the box to test only. This will only send emails to you and will not remove the orders from the followup screen.
• Click `Send Followups Now' and the followup emails are sent to the customers.
• You can check `Never Send' on orders that you don't want to send a followup to and they will be removed from the list when you click `Send Followups Now'.

The content of the message that goes to the customer is fully customizable through the "Manage Mail Elements" section of the standard ClickCartPro admin area. A quick summary of the customer's order is included in the default template.

You do not need to own any of the other EasyAdmin modules to use this module.
