Batch Shipping Module for the CCP Shopping Cart

The ATS Batch Shipping Module for CCP streamlines the process of filling and shipping orders. Here's a screenshot from the latest version:

1. You see all the information you need to fill and ship all pendings orders on one screen. This includes the shipping address(es), quantity, ID, and name of each item, and the order amounts (including the shipping charge).No need to click through from screen to screen as you work on filling orders. You can also print the batch shipping screen and using it as a picking list in your warehouse area. The screen is displayed with a blank layout (no menus, etc) for this purpose.
2. If you want, you can download shipping label data from all the pending orders and print address labels from Microsoft Word on any size label stock. This eliminates the need to retype or hand-write shipping labels.
3. You check "Completed" on each order that you fill, and (optionally) enter the shipment tracking number for each order on that same single screen. You aslo check "Email Customer" next to each order that you want an shipment notice email sent for.
4. New: If the order is being partially shipped, check the boxes next to each shipped item and select the "Partially Shipped" status. The customer will receive an email (if you select that option) indicated that the order has been partially shipped.
5. When you are finished shipping all the orders on that screen, you click once and all the information is submitted to the system. The module updates the status on each order and the status and shipment tracking number on each item. (Saving a huge number of clicks for you.) The module also sends the shipment notice emails you selected to the customers, including the tracking number if applicable.
